Sibak AT01515B Heatsink From All Angles
The Fan:
It is really hard to tell what this is from the top, but with two translucent fans, fins protruding from every directions and simple clipping mechanism we can tell it is a socket 370 heatsink. The two 3-pin fan cords will connect easily to a motherboard fan header, but a Y-splitter is probably needed as most mainboard only have one jack close to the CPU socket.

Heatsink Top:
The screws from the fans really do a number on the short stubby fins of the AT01515B, and more than a few are bent where the fan attached. As the heatsink is only 60mm wide, a 50mm fan is sufficient for proper cooling. The clip is spring tensioned and hides in between several of the lower fins.

Side A:
The fins range in height from 22mm to 14mm in height and are ~0.75mm thick. Each of the fins are spaced ~2.0mm apart, but seeing as only small 50mm fans are used, they should be fine. It would be really interesting to see a skive heatsink made in this fashion.
Side B:
It's a bit easier to see just how thick that chunk of aluminum is which forms the base of the Sibak cooler in this picture. The upper section is 5mm thick, and the base gets to be about 25 thick at the deepest point.
Heatsink Base:
The base finish on the twinhead is pretty basic, and hasn't seen any machining. Amazingly the raw extrusion is almost perfectly flat and very smooth. Generally speaking raw extruded bases are cupped or wavy to some degree and require a good lapping job to be really suitable.
