"... you can see that there is a fairly consistent improvement when switching from CAS3 to CAS2 - for both the CPU and FPU marks there is about a 2-5% increase in performance, and while they are not huge numbers, consider the massive effect the memory subsystem has on total system performance. As for our stick of PC-150 HSDRAM, with its CAS2 rating this is definitely some quality Ram, and ultimately benefits the user. Furthermore, you can see just how much the additional speed of both the FSB and memory bus has on performance in general. If you have a CPU capable of 150-odd Mhz then PC-150 HSDRAM really does offer a new level of performance."
