Ever wonder how far processor speeds can go? is a 24GHz processor obtainable? Well, some NASA guys are speculating that a substance known as Aerogels may help Manufacturers reach insanely high clock speeds. The material is about three times as dense as air and has excellent electrically insulating properties that would make it very useful to chip makers. Still in the far-out tech stage, but Aerogels may become more common in the next few years.
