"Well, as you can see everything is nicely laid out and easy to navigate. To the left you have your quick choices of what might be of interest to you. Above you have your email, favorites, and then some of your Hotmail functions right at your finger tips. A very huge change for Microsoft Explorer to come this far, and with it's new skin look. Also you don't have to be a member of MSN to be able to use the new browser, but you do have to have a hotmail account, which is free to sign up for."
