Eines der wichtigsten Bauteile einer Wasserkühlung ist nach wie vor der Radiator. Die Abwärme neuerer Systeme, die zudem noch übertaktet werden, ist immens, weshalb immer größere Radiatoren Anwendung finden. Schon vor einiger Zeit testeten wir die immer beliebter werdenden 480er-Radiatoren. In der Zwischenzeit stellten Thermochill, Phobya und auch XSPC überarbeitete Modelle vor, die wir in diesem Test noch einmal vorstellen und auf ihre Leistung testen wollen. Ob sich die Überarbeitungen gelohnt haben und welcher Radiator die Leistungskrone unter den 480er-Radiatoren tragen darf, erfahrt ihr in diesem RoundUp.

"NVIDIA's new next-generation ION technology was a necessary move from the team that has been pushed around by Intel for too long. Intel successfully cut NVIDIA out of the chipset business all together starting with the mainstream and enthusiast desktop nForce brand and now with the original ION. The only answer NVIDIA could respond with was a discrete graphics solution that still offers much better performance and loads more features than the Intel integrated offerings and connectivity through the PCI Express bus that Intel basically can't cut off."
