Today we are going to look at another "Special Edition" from Noctua, this time it's the NH-C12P SE14 CPU cooler that we will be testing. Much like the NH-U9B SE2, the NH-C12P SE14 uses the exact same heatsink as the original cooler but this time instead of adding extra fans the folks at Noctua have included a bigger fan than the original by pairing this heatsink with the new Noctua NF-P14 14cm fan. . .
