heat transfer solution known as a composite heatpipe, these devices are more
complex to manufacturer than standard heatpipes but have a Q Max of 300W.
Cooling is provided by a switching noise eliminated 135mm quiet LED fan and
the heatsink naturally mounts to Intel 1156/1366/775 & AMD AM3/AM2+/AM2
processors.
