"The motherboard features six PCI slot along with a single ISA slot. It is nice to see that MSI has thought of those who might still have an older ISA card like a modem or a sound card. Another immediately recognizable feature are the four DIMMs that allow the motherboard to handle a mighty 1GB of memory. Directly next to the DIMMs one finds four IDE ports. Two of the IDE ports are regular IDE ports controlled by the BX chipset, while the other two are controlled by the Promise PDC20262 chip and allow you to connect Ultra ATA66 devices. Together, these four connectors can handle up to eight IDE devices. The overall board layout corresponds to the standard ATX form factor and with the exception of the Diagnostic LED systems does not yield any significant surprises."
