Zotac ZBOX HD-ID11-U Next-Generation ION Nettop - FrostyTech.com Zotac ZBOX HD-ID11-U Next-Generation ION Nettop
Sun Oct 10, 2010 | 9:02A| PermaLink
"Though the Zotac ZBOX won’t win any awards for blazingly fast performance, for just a shade over $200, you get a nice-looking, thoughtfully designed platform to which you can add the HDD, RAM, and OS of your choice. If you’re frugal with your additional hardware choices (or have some extras already on hand), this price is very tough to beat, even compared to entry-level desktops. The ZBOX would make a great, affordable system for someone who just uses a computer for Internet, email, word-processing and media viewing."

Tuniq TX3 heat paste - FrostyTech.com Tuniq TX3 heat paste
Mon May 04, 2009 | 5:11P| PermaLink
"The thermal paste market is very vast with many different companies having their own brand or brands; plural. Despite not making as much temperature difference as upgrading a cooler, thermal grease is an integral part of any computer system in supporting the main cooling for your CPU and GPU. A good paste will not only give great temperature readings but will also be easy to spread and clean off as well as being cost effective. The latest contender to enter the fray is the Tuniq TX-3 which follows on from their similarly named TX-2; let’s see what is can do."
