OCW take a look at the Gigabyte BX2000+, the dark blue mother board from Taiwan. Heres a clip. "The BX2000+, likes it's predecessor BX2000, relies on setting dip switches to select the different FSB and multiplier.
Interestingly enough, you can force the 133Mhz FSB to have PCI running at 44.3Mhz or 33.3 Mhz by selecting OFF/ON state on Dip Switch position 5. The different combinations of dip switches allows much manipulation but limited to 3x ~ 9x for multiplier ratio and FSB is selectable from 66,152, 142,100,112,124,133."
