ZOTAC NM10-DTX WiFi (NM10-Express) Motherboard w/ Atom D510 CPU - FrostyTech.com ZOTAC NM10-DTX WiFi (NM10-Express) Motherboard w/ Atom D510 CPU
Wed Jul 07, 2010 | 9:01A| PermaLink
"But as the push for more threaded (or we should say, better threaded) applications grow, the single core Atom was and is quickly being pushed out. At the beginning of this year (2010) Intel released their first dual core Atom CPUs. These were not just a pair of cores dropped into the CPU, though. Intel also dropped in Hyper Threading to allow for better multi-threaded performance. The new Atoms also finally received the x64 instructions and have had a GPU tacked on (although to some, this is not a good thing). What many want to know is, how will these perform when under real world conditions? We took ZOTAC’s Mini-DTX NM10-DTX WiFi motherboard, complete with Atom D510 and put it to the test. At $129.99 on Newegg.com, the board offers you an almost complete system ready to be dropped in. Without further preamble, we will now take a close look at the ZOTAC NM-10-DTX WiFi and the Atom D510."

In a highly competitive and fast-paced market, manufacturers need to make sure that their LEDs offer the best combination of brightness and longevity. When a typical LED design is being made obsolete in less than 12 months, how can you add product innovations into your designs and speed your time to market?

This online seminar can help you solve that puzzle.

Mentor Graphics' Mechanical Analysis Division (formerly Flomerics), the clear market and technology leader of thermal analysis simulation software for the electronics industry, is pleased to host this short 60-minute technical discussion about the main issues relating to thermal management of power LEDs from a product perspective. Because effective thermal management is the key to achieving long-term product reliability, you cannot afford to miss this discussion.

In all likelihood, your competitors are using simulation to make their LEDs better. Shouldn’t you too? Learn how now and reserve your seat today.

What You Will Learn
The most important thermal design challenges for LEDs and why they affect longevity.
How thermal simulation can help you create more robust designs
