We all know Kingwin for having quality products at an affordable price. They are also one of the pioneers in designing a Direct Heat Pipe CPU coolers. When I first heard of that Kingwin had a new CPU cooler, I had to jump on the chance of testing one of there CPU coolers. The XT-1264 CPU cooler by Kingwin has the look and feel of a Quality CPU cooler supposed to have. The next question is, will this CPU cooler be able to perform as well as it looks?
