"Every overclocker that runs a good ol' Slot A Athlon probably has considered getting a Gold Finger Device to change the multiplier at one time or another. If you do decide to take this path, there are a few things you might want to take into consideration prior to doing so. First and foremost, you should realize you will have to remove the cover from your well cased Athlon to expose those pretty little "gold fingers". If this is the first time you have done this, mentally you will be worried as hell. Even if you have read how to do it 50 times before and have the whole thing, step by step memorized, you'll still be worried...."
