"The RAM stick we received was the standard 16x64M layout with the RAM
module rated at 7ns, theoretically being able to handle 143MHz, so it is no
wonder that the stick is able to reach 133MHz easily. With the official
rating at 133MHz, but the 7ns speed of the stick should allow it to reach
CAS2 latency at 133MHz quite easily and stably. This is where the quality of
Mushkin comes into play, their products have always been of highest quality,
manufacturing, and design. With CAS2 latency, the performance increase from
typical CAS3 sticks is substantial. Stability is another trade mark of
Mushkin's products, and this stick of RAM is no different. The highest
amount of stability (not attributed to crashes within software or other
hardware) was incurred with no problems."
