Unless you count a site, South Korea, I think, obviously not intended for foreigners. It's all well and good to keep people up on what's out there, but you really should note which items are not commonly available..."
Frostytech tests a lot of coolers from all over the world, and from time to time we receive Feedback from readers who are unable to locate a particular heatsink they're interested in. I can understand the predicament, but from our perspective the internet is a global resource, so is Frostytech.
More to the point, Frostytech's not here to sell you anything. On top of that, every country has different markets; what's sold in London isn't necessarily the same as what's available in Sydney, Singapore, Melbourne or New York. To meet the needs of the majority of our readers, we test heatsinks without consideration of brand or regionality - which is why you will find such a massive inventory of heatsink reviews to browse through.
