Testing and measuring the Propeller in terms of numbers is hard as it doesn't cool specifically one piece of hardware. If there was something that it specifically helped a lot, it would be the graphics card, I cranked up the graphics on Oblivion, (it's old but it really makes the computer work.), and played for an hour and took temps before and after, both with and without the propeller.
