At Computex 2008 Frostytech visited with a company that had a Volkswagon-sized wind tunnel set up at their booth to demostrate the research and testing they conducted for each new product. The company made memory heatspreaders, and small memory heatsinks for the OEM markets (Kingston, Crucial, OCZ, etc.) I have video of the unit in operation that will be posted to Frosty shortly. In the mean time I'd like to draw your attention to a company called Advanced Thermal Solutions Inc. (ATS) which makes wind tunels. The desktop BWT-100 model is pictured below (produces flows up to 400 ft/min), though larger models are made.
