Last week, ZDNET had an article about Mitnick's latest woes. This time it was the court's refusal to overrule his parole officer's refusal to authorize Mitnick's employment with Brill's Content as a journalist. The judge ruled that Mitnick is untrustworthy and that he might flee as the job entails some travel. Basically the judge told Mitnick, write if you can find work since you can't touch any electronic device."
