A CPU is at the heart of every computer, laptops and desktops alike, and although the solutions may be different, everyone of those CPU's has some sort of cooling device on it. Laptop coolers are small and quiet, and although there are some desktop coolers that are like this, most of them tend to be a bit bigger and noisier.
