"How is MS so attractive that we can risk the next teenage malcontent or God forbid, serious saboteur, taking down huge portions of the government with a simple mail virus? What do "We The People" gain by such illogical and inexplicable risks and paradoxical favoritism? I would logically expect that there would be regulations against supporting and patronizing convicted monopolists, particularly ones with such a low regard for the rule of law as to be publicly defiant and contemptuous."
