New Socket 1366 heatsinks from Nexus - LOW-7000 and FLC-3000 - FrostyTech.com New Socket 1366 heatsinks from Nexus - LOW-7000 and FLC-3000

Looking for a socket 1366 heatsink for your new Intel Core i7 processor? Nexus Technology BV has just dropped by Frostytech with details on two Intel socket LGA 1366 heatsinks, the Nexus FLC-3000 and low profile LOW-7000.

www.frostytech.com

The FLC-3000 is compatible with Intel LGA775/LGA1366 and AM2 Sockets, features a 92mm PWM fan (900~2500RPM - 15~24dB(A), uses (4x) 6mm heat pipes and weighs 450 grams. The upper portion of the heatsink is set at a 30 degree angle to reduce obstructions to the exhaust airflow, and move air quickly over the "SkiveTek base" and nearby motherboard components.

The Nexus FLC-3000 can cool processors from 160 watt to 180 Watt. For more information.

The second socket 1366 compatible heatsink introduced by Nexus is the LOW-7000.

Nexus' LOW-7000 heatsink is ready for LGA 775/LGA 1366 processors and features a 120mm PWM fan (500~2000RPM), 6mm diameter heatpipes, and a maximum height of 70mm (good for HTPCs). Nexus engineers tested the LOW-7000 at 500RPM in an ISO certified Anechoic Chamber with 15dB(A) background noise, and were unable to measure the fan it was so quiet). For more information.
