Logitech's upcoming 4.1 speaker solution - FrostyTech.com Logitech's upcoming 4.1 speaker solution

"You'll find few who'll argue that one of the hottest markets in PC gaming, as of late, would be the implementation of surround sound for games and DVD watching. Longtime maker of PC accessories, Logitech, is no stranger to the speaker market, and in fact has been making PC speakers for quite some time now. Their past efforts have been met with a mixed bag of response. On one hand, some appreciated their price-points, while on the other, the hardcore gamers didn't appreciate their performance. Within the last couple of years we've seen some companies come out of nowhere that have gone on to become major players, and because of this have created a highly-heated market. Because of this, and other reasons, Logitech knew that their work would not be easy. Their goal was to create a powerful speaker system that would offer 4.1 surround while still retaining a very stylish look and feel."
