"The original IE 5 was a can of worms, but IE 5.5 is a jewel. It rarely crashes, and when it does, the cleanup is quick and not at all messy. Netscape 6, on the other hand, is a disaster on a slow machine. Mozilla's version of the same product, without all the icing, is a whole lot better. Opera 5 isn't half bad either, even with the advertisements. This brings us to the main topic -- running a UNIX-compatible operating system on top of NT."
