As you may know, models like the Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme have a pretty rounded base, which Thermalright asserts is a design choice, not defect. As heatsink reviewers we go by the final test results to draw our conclusions, however, a lot of readers are writting in to complain. It's all gotten rather annoying to constantly explain Thermalright's position, since we're here to test heatsinks not defend or sell them.
