It's a fully assembled unit that is so simple to install. As far as performance goes, you couldn't ask for better. With a full load being put on the CPU by Sandra's Burn In Wizard, the temps were still only in the mid-20's. Of course, the idle temperature is what really makes me smile. Friggin' 9 degrees Celsius is like way cool dude
