"If a computer is working properly, do not let Microsoft's Windows Update site mess with it. The vendor's attitude is the antithesis of what it should be for a mainstream operating system. Microsoft's responsiveness in working with the customer to resolve problems with its products is much better when that customer is a large corporation or government agency."
