The concept Georg Kinder of Wasser-Computer is proposing is a convection based water cooling computer system and chassis, or as the Germans say, mit Konvektionskühlung!
The Neptun II desktop PC (shown below) comprises a double-skinned PC case that acts as a cooler, to which the heat exchangers are connected. "The transparent case contains saline water in various colors and emulsions and helps block emissions from the computer components."
"The Neptun II server PC is no wider than a CD drive, just a little deeper than the motherboard and no higher than a tower case. It is well-suited for use in separating desks in your office. The transparent, double-skinned case contains saline water to combat electro-magnetic emissions."
The builder goes on to elaborate how several of these 'water cooled' computers could be networked together with a standard residential passive radiator system. It's an interesting approach, I'll give it that.
