"Ahh, the bliss of a 166Mhz FSB frequency, capable of competing with the best DDR SDRAM based systems on the block, as our benchmarks are the same utilized for the review of the Gigabyte 7DX motherboard, as we reviewed these two systems in conjunction with one another. Anyway, perhaps what contributes to the overclocking success and stability of this solution is the fact that the board integrates the VIA 8363A North Bridge at a 45 degree rotation, which supposedly enhanced the signal strength due to shorter traces. The board utilizes the popular 6 PCI/1 ISA/1 AGP slot configuration(among tweakers anyway), along with wise capacitor placement to enable users to mount some of the largest HSF units on the processor, which renders this motherboard the BEST KT133A solution for the overclocker.
