Kevin O'Connor has dropped word to FrostyTech about his handy little program for running Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) evaluations in 3-space.... and for quite a lot less than Flomerics Flotherm goes for. Called Heat Sink Designer, the $375USD ($275 on sale now) software package offer engineers and designers and really anyone straightforward means of creating and optimizing CFD heatsink models. A trial version is available at this link.
