Abit's KT7-RAID was touted as one of the premier KT133 boards on the market. With the industry-shaping SoftMenuIII, the board was an instant hit with system builders and overclockers alike. A couple minutes work with a #2 pencil, and the KT7 did the rest, an overclockers dream, after years of Intel prosecution and hardcore multiplier locking. The KT133 did have a small flaw, though. It could not run over 115-120Mhz front side bus for the CPU. I managed to get 117 out a board once, and was excited as hell. Guys hitting the 120 mark were even more rare.
