Many of you may not know but I'm a very good cook too, and cooking (at a professional level) is one of my hobbies. While in the kitchen, I noticed something very peculiar. The cutting board that I was using had a very similar surface, texture wise, to the Ratpadz. Immediately I dropped everything and took my chopping board to my computer to test out my theory. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I was right. The cutting board worked perfectly!
