"The K7T Turbo-R picks up where the MSI K7T Pro2-A left off. Basically, the boards are quite similar, with a few distinct changes. First, MSI added an onboard RAID Controller, the Promise FastTrak100. This controller supports IDE RAID Striping and RAID Mirroring. With this added controller, the K7T Turbo now supports up to (8) ATA/100 IDE drives! In addition to this, MSI also switched the Northbridge to VIA's KT133A chipset to provide full support for 133MHz AMD Athlons."
