Have you ever noticed the increasing amount of surge protectors and wires around your desk space? If you are like me you probably have zero outlest available on your surge protector, and so many power adapters people would think your room is a nuclear reactor. Just think about it for a second. You plug in your monitor, power supply, speakers, printer, scanner, light, alarm clock, tv,vcr, and you get a wire fiasco. If you are running a home network, you'll add to the collection of wires just sitting around taking up space.
Well I've had it. I had to find a way to remove some of these contraptions on my desk and reclaim my computer desk's precious real estate. This was a pretty hard thing to do because I need all of my devices and I can't just say "I don't need my hub and disconnect my family from my computer's files. Also, my collection of USB devices is growing so my hub isn't going to get any smaller. I figured my solution would be a another computer or even a few more surge protectors.
