About four months ago, we took a look at DFI's AK74-AC motherboard. At that time, it was one of the first boards based on the KT133A chipset that was readily available. Nowadays, this chipset has inched its way up the ladder to take the crown of most popular chipset for Socket-A processors. Since DDR is still slowly popping up in stores, there is perfect reason for DFI to create yet another motherboard based on the KT133A chipset. To sum it up, this chipset is cost-effective, fast and almost bug-free due to the fact that the KT133 (KT133A is the same as the KT133 chipset except that it supports the new 266MHz FSB AMD Athlon processors) chipset has been out for months giving lot's of time for VIA to fix any bugs that may appear.
