"At the very worst, our AOpen AK79D had a whopping -10% variance reading the
+5V rail under load -- that's half a volt! Soltek's K8AN2E-GR hit a bullseye
with its +12V readings, matching the multimeter to the dot when idling, and
being only half a percent lower under load."
