Unlike the Asus A1300B notebook computer recently reviewed, which has a fashionable Austin Powers-friendly keyboard, the Asus S8600A has none of that. In fact, it does not come with a CD-ROM drive, nor a floppy diskette drive. Both of these are external options, which can be quite a let down, especially if you intend to spend only so much money on a notebook PC.
