I am not really impressed with the Seasonic SS-400FS. Yes, it provides stable voltages across all rails and it does so without making enough noise to be heard over most 80mm case fans. However, the real drawback I find with the SS-400FS are the pretty weak maximums of 180W and 30A across the +3.3V and +5V rails. I'm not thrilled by the mildly high output on the +12V rail, either, but I can live with it. Still, if you're looking for a quiet power supply, and don't mind the relatively low maximum outputs from the +5V and +3.3V rails, the Seasonic SS-400FS should be on your list of candidates."
