Micro BGA PC 166 Memory - FrostyTech.com Micro BGA PC 166 Memory

"The first thing that I noticed when looking at the memory is the size of the chips used, they are very small indeed which makes for a overall smaller DIMM, the reason for this is that OCZ have used the Micro BGA format in this stick, basically the chips are attached to the PCB using small balls under the chip, this method is supposed to provide faster data transmission speeds."
