"Gigabyte have kindly provided us with a BIOS update for the Geforce3 range of cards. This seems to increase speed slightly (32 marks extra in 3DMark2001.) Not much else is known at the moment because we just received it and only got a chance to run 3DMark2001. This was provided to us by Gigabyte so it works flawlessly so far on our test system. Use at your own risk but we haven't experienced any problems. This update is for Geforce3 models without TV In/Out.
Installation: Goto bootdisk.com, grab a Win98/Dos bootdisk, copy these files and run NVFlash.exe.
NOTE: Bios changing is NOT supported by your manufacturer. If you decide to change your BIOS and possibly break your card in the process we will not be held responsible and your card manufacturer may not cover it under warranty. This is solely at your OWN risk."
