"Overclocking the TWINX PC3700 was disappointing overall. I found that the chip would not run at Cas 2 at ANY speed above 200MHz at ANY voltage; I didn't bother testing Cas 2 under 200MHz. Unfortunately, both of my AMD and Intel based boards lacked memory voltage options past 2.8V. I was able to maintain Cas 2.5 around the 215MHz mark, but trying to lower timings while overclocking past 233MHz was impossible. I gave up after about 45 minutes and started to raise the FSB at stock timings. The result was a respectable 245MHz at 2.8V, which could get me a 300MHz bus in 5:4 ratio."
