How many times have you ever been in the situation where you needed to move some files between PCs or you needed to take some files with you to work elsewhere? I know so many times I have gone to back up files only to run out of disk space on a floppy and have to waste a CD for a 2 megabyte file. I know, I know, I could have bought a ZIP drive but for some reason those things just never appealed to me. Perhaps because I've never actually SEEN one in another computer and also because it's not true portability unless both machines have them.
