Now let me address this issue of a "hydraulic" door: no such thing exists. In practice it resembles one, yes, but it's quite different mechanically. Look closely and you'll see a button up top. Press it down and the door slides ever so slowly until it reaches the bottom. The reason it's not hydraulic is evident through several observations, namely 1) the door can be manually pushed down a lot faster and 2) it won't go anywhere if the case is upside down or laying on its side. Also (mainly to avoid a plethora of emails), there's only about 1cm of space between the inside of the door and the front bezel; about 1.5cm near the middle. This means that things like fan control devices with switches/knobs won't fit.
