"Today, June 6th, AMD announced the 950 MHz version of their Duron CPU. For the first time in the history of Hardware-Test.dk / Overclocking.dk we’re ready with a review on the same day, and we are of course hoping this trend will continue. The AMD Duron is a very popular CPU, which is due to the low price and high performance. AMD has also been able to leave Intel behind when it comes to clock speeds and performance, which is due to the superior K7 core, which is made for much higher clock speed than Intel’s P6 core. This is why the Duron is 50-100 MHz faster than Intel’s Celeron. Now on to the Duron 950 MHz.."
