The one-week 'expedition' started this afternoon at 1310H from Changi International Airport. Direct flights to Taipei were sold out weeks before the event and we were one of the unlucky ones that didn't manage to book the trip. Fortunately, we managed to book a flight that transits in Malaysia en route to Taipei. The trip was only about an hour more due to the transit, but what the heck, it is always a pleasure to drop by our neighbouring country for a cup of coffee.
