"Guess what! I apparently took a weighting scale out and weight this beauty and it's kinda different from it's specs as the weighting scale gives me a 6Kgs reading instead of 6.5Kgs.. It does weight lighter than steel casings but the quality and thickness of the aluminium in this casing is the cause of it being slightly heavier. Just a slight bit, but having thicker aluminium really help in making this case sturdier and tough. You can try putting your weight on to the casing and you'll be amazed at how sturdy and tough this case is. Well, I don't meant that you can sit yourself on the side panels which will by means make a large dent on it. Aluminium is a softer material than steel but that doesn't make your casing any softer than steel..."
