"Installing the motherboard is not too taxing, although some aspects of the board layout make things harder than they should be. The ATX connector is sited below the CPU socket and to the left of the Northbridge (which is actively cooled by the way); and so the ATX cabling has to run down in front of the heatsink and fan, which is far from ideal. This board ships with AC97 onboard sound, so don't forget to clear the ports in your I/O shield before you put things together! I suspect most of you would disable the onboard sound in fairly short order, that said it does produce reasonable results for listening to mp3s and so on. Not quite Dolby Digital 5.1 though... "
