I got it all back together and realized other than seeing the fan grill hanging underneath you couldn't tell I'd done anything, so I omitted the "finished photos", but it dropped the case temp enough I was able to run the 120 mm on 7 volts to help cut the noise a bit and still kept it down to 1-2c above room temp. Of course the CPU temp came down as well and we were able to get the 145fsb overclock on the XP1600 we were lookin for in the first place :)
