"Take the drives out of your computer (eject the tray first then turn it all off so the tray is still out). remove the tray front, this is usually done by bending the front out in the middle (BE CAREFUL) and sliding it upwards. With this off u can remove the plastic fronts. usually this is done by pressing in 4 or so little tabs on the front\sides and bottom of the drive."
