One of the biggest complaints computer users have about their computers is that they have to constantly reach around the back to plug in peripherals such as digital cameras and game controllers. And why wouldn't they complain? It's a pain in the backside to have to do constantly, especially if your computer is under you desk or in some other interesting place. Many OEMs have tried to address this complaint by placing USB and Serial, and even various audio ports up front. That's a great step forward, but if you're a regular visitor to this site, you've probably ventured into the fun territory of building your own system, which means you've probably picked up a typical ATX case that doesn't have any front mounted ports. So what do you do if you want ports up front?
