"Fortunately the heatsink surface is quite big and surpasses this problem in normal operating conditions. In our tests we covered the chip surface with more thermal grease for a better thermal conductivity. As I said in the first page of the review it seems to be only one large memory heatsink "L" shaped. Actually there are two heatsinks, but these heatsinks are installed in such a way that it's hard to realize this. The memory heatsinks are stick to the memory chips with thermal adhesive paper. The size of the memory heatsink which covers the three memory chips perpendicular to the motherboard is small because it's covered by the GPU heatsink.
